REST!!!!!!! and any use of the arm that is excessive should be treated with ice for 24 hours then heat after that

Anything with ibuprofen in it like Voltaren or herron or nurofen which acts as an anti inflammatory but must be taken with food and not exceeding 2 weeks unless on doctors advice, otherwise they can lead to stomach ulcers

Oh do i know how you feel.... Heres the thing, because its caused by overuse you really gotta rest. Something that really will help in the long run is small muscle exercises. I have links below for pictures but they are hard to find... okay first would be External rotation.... keep your elbow tight to your side with your arm bent at a 90 degree angle. While holding a surgical band or tube (or anything elastic.) move your arm away from your body.... then do the opposite direction... then with the arm extended move it across your body back and forth... ex. if its your left arm reach to your side like grabbing something out of your right pocket and then proceed to place on an invisible shelf to your left just above shoulder height. This one can be done with small weights. There are several others on the site. Overall though rest is the best option..... Have patience though i know its excruciatingly painful to watch instead of doing stuff but it will all work out in the end...
