My penis has been losing feeling so that it is harder for me to reach orgasm. I cannot get aroused by physical stimulation alone, I have to be aroused mentally (e.g. visual, touching, thoughts). I have a slightly protruding disc in the lumbar region. I had a back injury a while back. Is this possibly the cause?

I have a full thickness tear to the right supraspinatus tendon with impingement in my right arm? (Answers: 1) (Comments: 0)
Can people give me their opinions on whether I should have it operated on or leave it the 2-3 years to maybe heal. It is so painfull to sleep and causes me to wake a number of time during the night. I also cannot lift my arm above my ear height, but its ok to work with and type.

How long to recover 100% from shoulder impingement surgery? (Answers: 1) (Comments: 0)
I do martial arts but I have been diagnosed with shoulder impingement. PT hasn't work and surgery is the present option. I'm wondering how long will it take for my shoulder to heal after surgery, to the point where I could return to practice martial arts (e.g. need full range of motion, throwing punches and blocks at full speed and different angles, etc). If this impingement is from a herniated cervical disc would there need to be a lot to have issues or would there be issues if it was simply being touched. If so what issues, impairments could be expected. Let's say this disc is located at C-3

For years I have had unbearable pain in my left shoulder,I have never really been able to discribe it until recently.It feels like someone is stabbing me with a icesickle or a very cold knife.This wouldn't happen to be a sign of shoulder impingement would it?What all can i do to relieve the pain?
