What is the best way to easy an inflamed Rotator Cuff?
I have problems from the anterior and posterior deltoids, the Latisimus and bicep...I work out 3 days a week (I've cut back on the amount of weight just to take some strain off the shoulder) and always end up with problems...I stretch, I do rotator specific stretches and exercises but it seems to get worse...No more cortisone shots please...

What is a good self treatment for an inflamed rotator cuff?
I lift weights often, i am an amateur powerlifter. I have pain in my shoulder when I lift my arm above shoulder height or rotate it backwards. it is pretty clear that the pain is in my rotator cuff. The pain is not that bad, and usually subsides after a few light sets of bench press. But some excercises have become impossible such as shoulder/military press. What are some ways I can help my rotator cuff not hurt?
