why does my shoulder hurt so much?
a while ago, i "injured" my right rotator cuff. about ten weeks later, it was still hurting a lot. for my first three swim team practices of this past season, i only used the left arm. after that i decided to start using both arms again. unfortunately, the right shoulder started to crack and pop more than usual. then, one night at a swimming competition, the rotator cuff cracked on every stroke and popped from two to four times per lap. the next day i couldn't swim =( now, my shoulder continues to hurt. most of the pain is located on the rotator cuff and right shoulder blade, but it somehow radiates down to my spine too. obviously i don't have any broken bones, because then i wouldn't be able to move the area. however, i can't bring the right arm over my head and moving it is very painful =[ i can make a dent in the area though...lol. so, does anyone have any ideas as to what's wrong with me?

Workman comp Lawyer?
I recently had surgery on my right rotator cuff area. When I got the MRI done the people who did the MRI said there was a problem in the back of my shoulder and said it was rotator cuff tear. I got to the Orethipedic doctor and he said that there is no sign of what the problem really is. He said it could be a muscle tear, muscle strain. So he did exploritory sugery and He said he found no tear. I had surgery in Sept 7th. By the last week of Oct. 1st week of Nov. I was in physical therapy. I have motion back in my arm but the pain has not gone away and all this doctor tells me is he doesn't know what's wrong with my arm. I'm switching doctors but I get told that I can't go to my own. And this doctor refused another MRI because he said it wouldn't help me.
My question is should I get a workers comp laywer, and what laywer is the best for California? Larry H. Parker wasn't rated highly and they are said to be VERY slow.
At this point would anyone else get a laywer?
The doctor that did the surgery shaved away some bone and decompressed the tissue around rotator area.

My left rotator cuff/shoulder is hurting, why?
This year I had surgury on my right rotator cuff/shoulder. It was torn and I could not lift up my arm. Now my left shoulder is giving me trouble...Anyone had this happen to them? Does this mean I may have to go into surgery again?...I'm going to see my doctor after the holidays.

Rotator Cuff Tendon Tear...what would YOU do?
I just recently found out that I was born w/ bone spurs (hooks) on each of my shoulders which has caused my right rotator cuff tendon to tear completely in 1/2 which means I need surgery to cut the bone spur off & to screw the tendons back 2gether. My left rotator cuff will tear soon if I dont get the bone spur cut off but also has an inflamed bursa sac that needs to be removed as well. Finances are only allowing me to do 1 shoulder this year and the other next yr. Which shoulder would U get fixed first? I want to get the right one fixed first since its torn, but turns out it has possibly been torn for over a yr already and I just didnt know it. Or would you get the left one fixed first BEFORE it tears?
**I guess I just dont know what other problems I could have from living with a completely torn rotator cuff tendon? Does it cause more problems if you prolong getting it fixed? I know this is a doc question but thought I could get some insight from all of U first.

Right Rotator Cuff injury?
I had a football game yesterday and after the game It feels like my right shoulder and top of the arm hurts. I checked everything and got it looked out and it was a pulled or strained muscle in my right rotator cuff. I'm 13 and was wondering if I could recover in about 2-4 days because I have another game next friday and practice on Monday. The pain is not very bad, it only hurts if I move my arm up around shoulder level and then it starts to hurts and sometimes I here a little pop which hurts. I try not to move it that much and I'm taking advil and doing some very mild stretches to try not to make it freeze or begin to get stiff. So do you think I can recover fast and if there are any excercises or tips you can give me it would be greatly appreciated.

Torn Right Rotator Cuff?
Alright, I'm 14 and I know I torn my right rotator cuff muscle, the subscapularis, because of a MRI I had last year, It's supposably all better now. Well now it's baseball season and everyone time I throw it either pops, clicks, or hurts, any ideal on what's going on?
Oh and I forgot to mention, I also cracked the growth plate in the bone, and this happened like 8 months ago.
