skin is blue in the shoulders and upper arms, feeling fine otherwise it's been 2 days?
was exposed to mold a week and a half ago and that evening felt achy and crappy headache next day but after that fine. Could this been some blood disorder? Have no previous problems or medications. Also have been lifting light weights for a week for my rotator cuff cause that often bothers otherwise feel fine? Should I wait for a few more days to go see a dr. ? Skin is also fine no rash etc. Just overall looks blue.

Has anyone had rotator cuff surgery? How difficult is the recovery?
My shoulder was injured due to a flu shot gone wrong! If you can imagine! I woke up the day of the shot with no shoulder problems, the rest of the story is unbelievable. The "nurse" injected me directly into the rotator cuff, causing tendonitis, and all sorts of problems. An MRI showed a tear in the rotator cuff. I've been through PT, a cortisone shot and here I am almost 10 months later, still not back to normal. Surgery might be my only option at this point, but I've heard so many horror stories!

What do i need to do to become a better QB?
Hi, I am currently a sophmore but next year i will be playing football. In freshman year i dislocated my left arm (my throwing arm is my right) which basically killed my chance of starting and than later on into spring i dislocated it again and damaged my rotator cuff causing me to miss out my sophmore season. Now in my junior year i will be playing and trying out again. Here is where i am stuck...The first string QB that is starting is tall slightly fat and has got a good arm and good accuracy and the second string just got a arm. Me, i have amazing accuracy but i need to improve alot on my arm strength because the first string has a cannon arm. I got until june to become better and i believe i can beat them but i just have to increase my strength. What i do every night before i sleep just to keep me warmed up is 5 sets of 20 reps of biceps curls...I am not going to a gym because i am getting one this week and also because if the other QB's find out that im working out they will train harder than me so i cannot let them know and from what im hearing they havent hit the gym in awhile so i have good chance! I kno this is long but i need assistance! I also grab one 10lb dumbell and hold it in my throwing arm and motion my arm as if im throwing a football and i repeat till i get tired...So as far i know i need to increase arm strength...If you notice that i need to increase anything else please do tell...Thank You and sorry for the long story...

Can a torn rotator cuff cause other injuries within the shoulder such as: separated shoulder(AC joint)?? HELP?
i am desperate. I need some help on this answers I have searched for hours upon hours yet to not find any clear answers. I have been dealing with a torn rotator cuff now for 4 years due to the fact I can't get it fixed bc lack of insurance. I can't afford the down payment on the surgery either. Two days ago out of nowhere I got a sharp stabbing unusual pain in my shoulder. I have been dealing with the pain of my rotator injury for 4 years now but this time it was different. My fingers felt numb and tingly. I rushed to the hospital to find out I had a separated shoulder (AC joint). nothing trigged this to happen. no lifting . no unusual activites. My shoulder pain has intoreably increasing up until this point due to my previous injury, due to the fact it needs to be fixed. So my only guess is that my rotator cuff completely separated and cause the separation. I am in horrible pain and have found an orthopedic doctor who is willing to work with me on payments of which I see next week thursday. But before I go I would really appreciate and want some clarifications as to what to expect, bc I am afraid my condition is worse than I think. And I want to be prepared. Please help!! to all who have had similiar problems or work within the medical field or who what so eve have some advice for me. Thank you for your time. Whit Whit
