How can i make my rotator cuff heal quicker?
Nothing is torn or broken i was just told by the doctor that its sore from inflammation. Anything i can do to quicken the healing, medicine, exercises, etc.?

I am very active in volleyball and when i hit the ball i hit it weird and my shoulder started to hurt the other day so i told my coach and she said it is proably my rotator cuff . But we have a tournament this weekend and the next should i play? is there any thing i will do to make it heal faster? i am a middle and backrow i am 5' 8.5" this is really important. i am 13 years old
Can a torn rotator cuff heal without surgery?
My doctor said I might not need surgery for my torn rotator cuff. Is he nuts or in cahoots with the insurance company? I thought this always needed surgery.
