Noticed my right hand has a slight tremor?
In the last few days, I've noticed my fingers tremor slightly on both hands , mainly right hand though. I did have a rotator cuff injury on my left shoulder 2 months ago, i stopped weight training for a month, and have now returned (maybe too soon). My left shoulder still occasionally niggles on heavier exercises.
Also yesterday my left forearm was throbbing.
I'm only 25 yrs old, male.
I have also scheduled a appointment with a chiropractor, as I have been weight training for over 4 years and never had a massage or chiropractor before.. Any suggestions

can i gain weigh(muscle) and get ripped abs at same time?
im only 145 pounds and wanna get upto 155,ive already put on 6pnds(mostly muscle on arms and chest) since i started gym, recently i had a rotator cuff injury so cant do bench/triceps/biceos so that sucks so im gonna do LOADS of abs!
i have a little layer of fat tho even though im skinny,and im wondering can i get ripped abs that pop while still putting on weight or do i have to do cardio to burn that fat? its really confusing me:S

Undiagnosed shoulder problem for over 2 years...HELP!?
I have had shoulder pain since spring in '09 my senior year in tennis. During a finals district match, every time I served, it cause more and more pain, until the end it felt like my shoulder almost popped out of socket or something similar. I went to the doctor shortly after when my pain persisted, and received and x-ray, shortly followed by an MRI. Both tests came back negative, and I was prescribed an NSAID for suspected inflammation.
A little over 2 years have passed, and the NSAID has been no help at all, with increasing pain that disrupts my sleep and life. I went back to the doctor and he said I might have a rotator cuff injury along with shoulder instability and tendon damage. I underwent a MRI arthrogram, but the results showed nothing at all. I go to see a highly certified shoulder specialist this next week, and I hope he can find something.
Oh, and my shoulder pops with every little rotation, and it even freaked the doctor out. Any ideas? Has anyone suffered from the same thing?

Could I have a rotator cuff injury?
I'm 17 and my shoulder pops all the time. It's not only when I'm working out, either. I can be driving, giving someone a hug, typing on the computer, ANYTHING and it pops. It isn't painful, but I don't think it's normal. Does anyone know?

HELP ROTATOR CUFF INJURY BEFORE BOOTCAMP?
ok so I am leaving for bootcamp in 19 days... I hurt my shouler about a month ago? maybe overdid it on my push up count.. it hurt alot in the beginning but Ive been icing it and taking care of it... but I still feel slight pain by my shoulder.. when i try doin push ups..? i think its not huge damage on the muscle because it doesnt hurt when i sleep or do daily activities. just when i try to train myself. any advices? please help... been waiting for bootcamp 6 months and now I really screwed myself over..

can I join the Army with an old Rotator Cuff Injury? 10 Points!!!!!!?
About 2 years ago, I threw a large trash bag into the dumpster and hurt my shoulder.
I never received medical care, even though it bothered me a lot.
Over time, it got a lot better and I have about 98 percent range of movement without pain.
It only hurts at the front of my shoulder when I put my arms out front.
From 1-10, the pain is a 5.
Should I tell the Army about this? Will I be disqualified?
Are there any stretches or exercises that can make it stronger?

I probably won't make a difference at all ( cause I still have to do push ups) , But I'm female and would like to do truck driving. Just so you guys know....

What exercises should this person do?
38 year old male, obese, type II diabetes (oral meds), left knee issues with stairs and left rotator cuff injury. Needs to lose weight, get off meds.
