Rotator cuff Shoulder pain, please help!?
I'm a 26 year old male and I workout and lift weights all the time(4-6 days a week). My shoulders seem to "pop" more and more often. My right shoulder seems to pop every time I rotate my shoulder and has been bothering me during my workouts. I have been doing more shoulder exercises in attempt to strengthen my shoulders and solve this problem. But now I have this dull ache in my right shoulder and it even hurts in certian positions. Is there any certian exercises I can do to help?

rotator cuff / shoulder injury?
\lthough it has gone away know last week while skiing i had some shoulder pain. I first hurt my shoulder in the summer when i capsized my kayak and had to wrench myself up with it. Secondly late last year in badminton i did an over hand shot and it clicked and ground. I couldnt stretch it behind my back. Recentley im not sure what i did to it but while ski ing it hurt to push with my poles and it was painful to pull myself up onto my bunk. The pain is totally gone at the moment so i do not need or want advice on medicine or treatment.
What i want to know is what was wrong with my shoulder these times?
Was it the ligermants or muscles?
is it a rotator cuff injury?
Are the injuries related and will it reioccure?
Is there a brace or support i could by to help ith sport?

rotator cuff/shoulder messed up?
i was in a car wreck about 2 years ago and since then my shoulder right around the rotator cuff has been hurting after using it for a hour or so, what i want to know is if there is any other fix for a torn rotator cuff or is surgery the only answer and dont tell me to go to a doctor cause i hate doctors unless i absolutely have to see one (dying)

Is it wrong to take pain pills all the time if you REALLY hurt?
My doctor says he's afraid I'm getting addicted, but I just wanna go through the day without pain. (tendonitis-elbows, partially torn rotator cuff-shoulder)

I have a very sore rotator cuff and it isnt getting any better... what should i do?
Ok so im a 15 year old boy that plays AAA competetive traveling baseball. It first started off just an annoying naging tightness in my rotator cuff-shoulder but just keeps getting more sore and harder to throw. What should i do to help this heal?
