Why is my rotator cuff sore?
Started baseball indoor training sessions this week, mostly just light throwing etc, but my rotator cuff is really feeling it right now and Im just tryna figure out why.
I haven't been working out my lats as often as usual so I'm wondering if it could be partially that?
Have been doing a lot of cross country skiing lately and havent really done much in the past so perhaps this could be a factor too? Its been pretty cold lately as well so yeah dunno.
Combination of all 3? Just one in particular? Ant feedback would be appreciated.
