Do i have a rotator cuff tear?
my shoulder has been hurting for about 2 months now off an on. but this time it really hurts. its my right shoulder and when i move my arm to the right it hurts BAD. and when i try to throw a football or something, i cant throw it very hard cus it hurts real bad if i do. im very active. and i like to wrestle and i kickbox. any help would be nice.

What supplements should I take for the gym?
I started going to the gym about 7 months ago and I have hit my weight loss plateu, and several people have mentioned to me to take some suppliments to help get me back on track. I was wondering what would be a good choice for someone who is looking to lose weight and gain lean muscle mass. But I can not lift like the haulk bc I am doctoring a very nasty rotator cuff tear. So I do a lot of cardio, swimming, and mild weight training.

any one had surgery for rotator cuff tear?
waiting for surgery right shoulder tendon impingement rotator cuff tear im 66 yrs Lady not sure if to go ahead ...any one out there in UK had this surgery? very painfull at the Moment only sleep with pain killers .

Itchy hand and arm. No rash!?
For a couple of years now I have had an itchy left arm, from midway down the forearm on the upper aspect, going down to the little and ring finger (the hand feels as though the itch goes all the way through, itching on the top and palm. BUT there is no rash! I suspect it might be a nerve problem but the pain specialist is not at all concerned and gave me steroid injections for spondylosis, though I originally went to him for a rotator cuff tear on my right arm!!! Any ideas what could be done? I do find myself scratching it, but draw blood occassionally.
I do bleed and my skin is warm, so there must be some blood in there somewhere!

Hurt my shoulder :( help?
On Friday I lifted a bunch of stuff at work with just my right arm and, well, I'm paying for it. I woke up yesterday and it hurt a little, then I leant on my elbow and actually collapsed in pain. I hurts when i raise my arm awkwardly or try to twist my arm, and today, it's even worse. For some reason I have to keep my arm tense. I'm (not by choice) holding my shoulder tight to my neck, it hurts like %#@% to relax my arm. What could this be? Rotator cuff tear or just a strain? Should I go to the doctor?

I am doing a case study for my anatomy class and I need to write a report about a patient. I am not sure what kind of questions a physician would ask a patient while taking his verbal history. The patient has a rotator cuff tear and I need some ideas on what to ask him.
