What is causing a burning pain in my shoulder blade?
For a few days now, I have had a constant burn in my shoulder blade. My skin around the area feels numb. I have a torn rotator cuff, could that be related? I have bad posture (I'm working on it) and also spend a significant amount of time at a computer for my job. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Can a weak deltoid and rotator cuff cause your shoulder to pop out?
My left shoulder first popped out in a high school basketball game and since then it has never been as strong as it was before. It has popped out several times since then and I am now a sophomore in college and it popped out yesterday. My deltoid feels like it has absolutely no kind of muscle there and im guessing my rotator cuff is very weak as well. Could this be the cause of my shoulder popping out? and if so how can i strengthen both of those . Thanks

Rotator Cuff injury? Need some advice. Please read the detail section.?
About 6 months to one year ago my younger brother who was ten at the time jumped on my back and grabbed my right shoulder and pulled down on it causing me to fall backwards with my right shoulder going down first. I did not fall but it was very close.. Ever since then my shoulder has given me problems from: not being able to move it sometimes(not very often) to not being able to preform simple tasks as in- brushing my hair, sitting/laying in certain positions, to even riding my horses. I have been to a family doctor in town and he says my shoulder is just weak and I need to build up my muscles well I tired that and I didn't have much success with it. Then I went to a chiropractor and she said that my should has dropped down and she wanted to put me on a weekly adjustment plan for two months and I said no to that (for certain reasons). Then the other day I was talking to a friend who plays soccer and the same type of incident happened to her and she when to the hospital and found out she tore her rotator cuff. I thought maybe the I could have the same thing? But I am tired of living in constant pain and I want to find a solution for the problem that I have.. Please let me know if you could help with this by giving advice or maybe telling me if you agree it would be very helpful! :)

my left shoulder pops and hurts...it's as if areas around my left shoulder are bruised...2 years going now.?
if i rotate my arm it will pop. i can not sleep without putting cushion under my left shoulder. i can not rest my arm against my side comfortable without irritation. the irritation become unbearable when stressed. it is an annoying pain. spot on my left side/rib that feels bruised. as well on my back left shoulder. and in the upper part of my left arm. is this a torn rotator cuff? i never see popping as a symptom in rotator cuff injuries. i don't know exactly how it happened. there was no accident. no incident of any sort. i just noticed it one day... has been hurting/irritating every single day all day for the past 2 years.... doctor didn't do much the first few times...he neveer noticed the popping. nothing on the x rays either. i can lift my arm and rotate it perfectly.....

how long does it take a mild rotator cuff strain to heal?
I was doing bench press about five days ago and my shoulder popped and I couldnt move it very well. Now five days later I can move it fine it only barely hurts when I stretch it certain ways but it still hurts when I try to bench. The only thing I think it could be is my rotator cuff. When I injured it there was no swelling no bruising it just hurt. Please give me feedback if you have had something similar happen to you or if you know what may be wrong and how long it should take to heal.

Lack of range of motion in left shoulder?
Basically, I have been going to physio for a while now, originally to sort out me having elbow problems. But as i stayed away from the gym, more problems came about. My shoulder is lacking in range of motion generally when lying down and trying place both arms equally on the floor (like doing a peck stretch with both arms on the floor) my left wrist cannot to touch the floor by itself, only my right can do this. I think it has something to do with my rotator cuff but... when i do a series of stretches on my rotator cuff ( these stretches http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCVPOtZ6eA4), I have way more range of motion in the affected arm compared to my right which seems to have very little range of motion, I am currently working on my posture doing peck stretches regularly and I am back to the gym as going to the gym has very little affect on my problems. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks.
