Pelvic Floor- Physical Therapy?
Finally after going to see about 6 different doctors and beong misdiagnosed tons of times- i have been sent to see a physical therapist for pelvic floor dysfrunction. I guess have a torn hip rotator muscle and i am VERY tense with muscle spasms. I have tried deep tissue massage and lots of other holistic therapies for pain- and nothing has worked- I just dont want to waste more money trying something that doesnt help. Has anyone had any luck with this kind of physical therapy? If so, what should i expect?

Wine for severe shoulder pain?
I injured my shoulder a week ago (rotator muscles) it is a reoccuring injury. The pain has been severe and before I got vicadin, I was just dealing with the pain. I had just 1 glass of dark wine and the pain went from throbbing to almost nothing. I woke up the next morning and again, almost fine.... Two days later I didn't have any wine and its back..... Think this is coincident or is this really helping? I've not used the vicadin yet A couple nights I drank beer instead, 4-5 but didn't help. One glass of wine did though.

FEMALE BALLET DANCERS AND TEACHERS ONLY!!! (specifically who have lean thighs)?
Are you or are you not supposed to tighten your quad muscles while doing ballet. I am SO confused about all of the rotator muscles etc. I have read books on it and stuff, but I just can't get it. My quad/thigh muscles are huge and I really need to work on my rotation, if that helps. I don't tuck my pelvis under I don't think, but I definitely tighten my butt in the downwards motion lol. Idk. HELP!!!

How do I repair my rotator muscle ?
I pulled it in training two months ago. It is almost better now but would like some advice on how to completely repair it. Physiotherapists are too expensive there must be another way or site to go to on net . As I said it is almost completely repaired just doing running and situps until its better.

I have continuous discomfort and pain in my left shoulder?
I have continuous discomfort and pain in my left shoulder. I went to a doctor. they X-rayed my shoulder and neck. the doctor said the distance between two bones in the shoulder is too short so a bone collides with the rotator muscle. He recommended me to get a MRI to see how bad it is. Should I do the MRI?

Shoulder injury (weightlifting) - what did I injure and how do I heal it?
This question is a bit complicated and I would appreciate some precise advice, especially from those with experience or expertise in this area. Over the summer I was doing a lot of weight training with kettlebells, which (if you're familiar with them) involve heavy shoulder use. I injured my right shoulder somehow so that the forward swinging motion became painful, and lifting heavy objects in general with my right arm became difficult. As a result I stopped kettlebells completely. I switched to bench press and push-ups, which do use the shoulder but much less so. These exercises caused me no problems at all - no pain or discomfort during or after the exercises. But the shoulder never completely healed. While it never felt awkward during lifting, often I would bump it during the day, or move it an an odd angle (lifting it over my head) and it would feel funny. Not hurt, exactly, just feel funny. So I stopped even those exercises, and now am only doing bicep/tricep & lower body stuff. But the shoulder still hasn't healed. Only a couple times a day do I notice it, again, when moving the shoulder at an odd angle. It doesn't hurt, but just feels odd, out of place, like something's rubbing the wrong way. It did so especially after playing basketball the other day, and also when I go running (i.e., when I swing my arms the way one naturally does while running). So my question. What did I injure? I'm assuming it's some kind of rotator muscle, since it doesn't hurt at all when I do heavy pressing, but only when I move it at certain angles. Secondly, how do I heal it? I know R.I.C.E. and all that, but it's been over two months and I have stopped all shoulder exercises entirely and it's not getting better. Do I just wait? Thirdly, is it safe to go back to mild shoulder weightlifting, like bench pressing, since it seems to only be irritated by awkward, over-the-head movements, and not by normal lifting? How can I tell if a guy is flirting with me?
I rlly have no clue. Like sometimes I'll think they're flirting, but like it's hard to tell. My best guy friend always seems like he's flirting, but it wouldn't make sense since I don't think he sees me that way (even though I want him to :/) Like last night I pulled a muscle, and we were supposed to go biking tomorrow, but I said I couldn't since I pulled my rotator muscle (Basically behind your hip on your butt :P) And he was like, "Oh that's okay, I'll come over and take a look at it! I can stretch you out if you want ;)" and I thought he was flirting, but I'm not sure cuz then we started talking about his ex a little, and other girls in general, and in my case other guys.... Idk what do you think?
