rotor cuff injury 1 week enough?
well i have rotor cuff tear, not a MAJOR one becasue i still have full range of motion, but im wondering if i keep icing and rest for 1 week will i be bk to normal

Does this sound like a rotor cuff injury?
my shoulder started to hurt about a month ago and is gradually getting worse. the pain comes from the back of my shoulder and the side. I cant life up my arm straight out because it shifts out to the side, pops and hurts EXTREMELY bad. when it pops, it is heard my all of the people around me and hurts REALLLLLYY bad. my physical therapist said to get and x ray but ive lately had alot of xrays due to a bad knee injury and my parents for some odd reason dont want me to get an xray. does this sound like a rotor cuff injury or something else............?

Does this sound like a Rotor cuff injury?
Im going to the orthopedic tomorrow, but i wanna know what some possible diagnosis are. here are my symptoms
- numbness from top of shoulder to mid arm when raised to the side
-inability to lift arm out in frount
-i feel my shoulder shift
- it popps when i move it in any direction
-i can't reach above my head or behind my back
- its tender on top of my shoulder, the side and in the frount
-severe pain that has exisisted for 2 monthes and is gradually getting worse
