do I have lyme disease or relapse fever?
I work at a pawn shop and one of our lovely customers had body lice unbeknowst to us all. He had been sitting on a couch in the lobby. After a few moments he left. I passed by the couch as I swept and mopped. I noticed the vermin crawling around on the floor and on the fabric of the couch. I ran out of the lobby and called my manager for lice spray- While I waited I got an itchy feeling on my neck I reached and felt a little lump I pinched it in my thumb and forfinger and saw it was a nasty little louse. I squashed him but since then my neck and shoulders hurt they feel achey and sore-I feel fatigued, and feverish. What could this be? I'm an otherwise healthy atheletic 20 year old. I'm guessing it could be lyme disease (worst case) or relapse fever.... I got bitten a little over 24 hours ago. hahahha good one Kay! Yeah I bet you're right.

ok so im guessing that last night i slept wrong and my neck and the top part of my right shoulder hurts???

When I walk around for about 30min. or more, my shoulders hurt really bad?
When I walk around for about 30min. or more, my shoulders hurt really bad. Its pretty intense pain. And i do slouch a little when I walk, If i stand up straighter when i walk will my shoulders not hurt as much? How do you get rid of knots in your neck, back and shoulders?
