my shoulder was put behind my back forcefully in september and still hurts when i put it behind my head or spar a bag,,, what are good excersises i can do to heal it,,, or is it damaged it is the front part of my shoulder that hurtsjust beside the collarbone

I have had injured shoulders now for the better part of the last decade. Within the last few months,though, I have been experiencing new,constant,pain in my upper back between my shoulders. Are these pains related? What can I do? *ADD INFO* I sit at the computer a lot, and I do not workout very much these days. I'm about 6 feet tall, 175lbs. So, weight isn't my problem.

My shoulder is killing me, I work construction but It didnt happen while I was working I woke up this morning with the pain. I can barely lift my arm over my head and when I do lift it up and let it down slowly i can feel something rubbing together in my shoulder! What do you think this is? I can barely move my arm when I do move it pain starts occuring. Any advice is helpful and appreciated!!

My shoulder hurts a lot when I move it for a while and has constant pressure on it. It makes a squishy noise and it seems to be uneven too, kinda looks like as if the trapezius has a dent on one side. I do have full range of motion but whenever I try to do some exercises (body building) I can never get good form down anymore, my shoulders and arms automatically move into a wrong position. This happend after a wrong move during a workout, ever since it started clicking but no pain at first, it started to hurt after a few months. I've got xrays and an MRI done, they show nothing unusual.
