I went camping and got extremely sunburned! i peeled not just that i got a nasty scab! help please?
i got really sunburned! i forgot my sun screen. Okay i started peeling. it stinged aloot when i moved my arms aloot. i got home showered and at night i was lifting weights, while i was benching i stretched my arms up and my skin on my shoulder tore. it hurt really bad and it was a pretty big piece that tore. Later next day or so i got this big nasty scab! the scab looks really nasty and im worried it might be infected. someone ever had this happen to them? if so what did u do ? what lotions or what can i put on it to go away

shoulder surgery?
i am going to be a junior in high school and am a starting varsity pitcher for our softball team. i had to sit out the season this year due to a shoulder tear i got doing a headfirst dive into a base during our last preseason tournament. i am set to have shoulder surgery to repair a SLAP tear in about two weeks and wondering if anyone has had the same or similar surgery before. what was it like? any tips for comfort after surgery or recovery? how long did it take to get back to full activities like throwing overhand?

i was laying on the couch and stretched my arms over my head and felt a tear then heard a pop........it hurts at times with certain movement (burns) and i get a numb feeling deep in the front part of the shoulder.....

Why isnt Marion Barber playing?
I have him on one of my fantasy teams and I gotta tell you. I am terribly disappointed he isnt playing. He has a dislocated pinky toe!!! WTF!! How bad could that be?? Real football players play with dislocated shoulders, torn rotator cuffs, ripped mcl's, broken fingers, broken bones and sprains etc... all the time and he cant play with a lousy pinky toe injury?? What a wuss!!! Amputate that thing, rub some dirt on it, wrap it up and get out there and help your team win a game you big baby!!!! I think you guys are kinda missing the point. 1. There is no tomorrow (technically). The Cowboys are fighting for a wildcard spot. They pretty much need to win out to be assured of that. There have already lost Felix Jones. I don't even know who is gonna fill in for Jones but Im sure a 50% Jones is better than a 100% "whoever's next on the depth chart". 2. The game isnt a slack off game against the Lions or something. They are playing a strong team. I would suspect though that the reason they are sitting him is probably because he wouldn't be able to run against the steeler's D anyway. 3. IT IS about toughness. There are men in the league and there are boys. This one is a boy. Sorry but a dislocated pinky toe is NOT the same as a broken pinky toe. Like I said, cut it off or pop it back into place and wrap it up!!! Meant to say a 50% Barber, but a 50% jones would do too if he were healthy.
