Shoulder Pops when i lift arm, Shoulder was injured a while ago?
I injured shoulder, possibly rotator cuff by pulling down weights behind head beyond movement. I had no power to lift a weight over head and it burns the back of shoulder joint when i try to do pushups. Now i am trying to strengthen rotator cuff by swimming but when i lift my arm, and bring it around it snaps on the top, and i feel i am missing muscle on the bottom of my arm in the shoulder, compared to my right arm. I think the snapping might be a big obstacle. Any ideas? Need some help so i can explain to the doctor better, thanks.
