accident lead to short term disability?
I was in an accident outside of work.. lead to short term disability.. lost my position at work was doing clerical - inventory control and some shipping- etc.. .. Company placed me into another job- doctor gave me a light duty release and I worked 1 day then they asked me for my papers and I gave them the doctor's slip they sent me home told me they have no light duty... What do I do if and when my short term disablity runs out and they won't let me come back if its still light duty.. I had surgery rotator cuff...

Did Hossa hide any injury from the Hawks?
Looks like he will have surgery (rotator cuff) and be out until late Dec or Jan! July 21, Chicago Daily Herald: A source close to the situation confirmed new Hawks winger Marian Hossa has a shoulder or rotator cuff injury. The severity of the injury is not known, although Hossa might need surgery, which could put him out of the Hawks lineup until December. The Hawks are monitoring Hossa while he rehabs the injury, believed to have been suffered during the playoffs. Howler- it would be CHICs fault for not catching it in a physical before he signed! Lity and Bob.......... "He was hurt before he got to us,'' Holland said. "Our doctors looked at him and we had conversations about whether to have surgery. Our doctors recommended he should have something done at some point but it's something he can play with.'' Holland also said it was common knowledge that he had that injury!

Has anyone had shoulder surgery (rotator cuff) in Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok Thailand?
How did it go? Did it cure the problem? Do you still have shoulder problems? I believe that I have shoulder tendonitis, bursitis, or a partial rotator cuff tear. I am planning to go to Thailand in a few months to get it diagnosed and treated and I am wondering if anyone else had an experience there with shoulder surgery. Could you tell me about it so I can know what to expect as far as the procedure and the results? Are you happy that you had surgery? If you didn't have surgery but instead had a shot of cortizone did that help?
