Update to previous question!!!?
The dr didn't give my son the right medications needed to help him. He was dying of respiratory failure and the dr treated him for drug overdose, because he was taking pain meds for a torn rotor cuff in his shoulder from a previous automobile accident. He also, didn't put a breathing tube down and my son was unconcious. This is something I cannot let go of, because my son axphyxiated the charcoal into his lung, due to the dr neglecting to put the tube in earlier. He should never have put the charcoal in, because according to the autopsy, my son did not have excessive drugs in his system!!!

Anyone have or had surgery for tendon damage and or torn rotor cuff....?
If so what kind and how long did it take, how did it turn out? Just curious cause Fiance had it done and they cut him open in three places and it took them maybe an hour to hour and half to cut out spurs, trim bone tissue and to roughen up the area where tendon should be , then attatched screw and stitched tendon to screw. He is in a lot of pain and has not slept since the surgery which was yesterday about 1130 am. They are also prescribing vikadin and he also has a new ddevice they use that aministers pain meds constantly without assistance. Just curious how others turned out and any words of wisdom also welcome. Thank You in advance.
Also has anyone that had this surgery in the past had any problems with it after it is healed. especially a long period of time lapse after surgery say 5- 10 years later.
Any advice or comments about this procedure and issue?

where can I find a Lawyer to represent me in a golfing accident in St Francois county?
Fell out of golf cart while nephew was making a left turn. Pavement of road to rough was quite steep.I am a new golfer, and recieved no safety warnings from course director or on golf cart. I recieved 2 cracked ribs and a torn rotor cuff as I am 55 years of age. The rotor cuff needed surgery. The ins. co. for the golf course told me they would pay 5,000. of my medical. Truly unfair to me.New golfers should be made aware of the dangers involved with golf carts and going from pavement to terribly uneven roughs,either before with a handout or posted on the golf cart.If the sides were higher or seat belts were installed, this never would have happened. Other states have seat belts or warnings why does'nt MO. I only want all my medical paid, as for all the suffering I have gone through and will continue what price do you put on that, as for as punitive damages, give warnings to new golfers or improve uneven paved roads to the roughs.This is the course and mgt. fault as well as cart mfg.'s.

health insurance needed?
I need health insurance for my husband and myself. I keep getting denied because I had a hip replacement and torn rotor cuff repair. I also take 4 meds daily[hormone replacement. anxiety,bld pressure and cholestrol] I had a hip replacement and had repair for a torn rotor cuff. I am 57 and a self employed truck driver. Does anyone know of an insurance co who may insure me?

I had a General Practioner for one year. She was incompetent and finally fired by me. What can I do?
She sent records w/o my permission, signed a form for my county that makes me think she never even read my file. I now have torn rotor cuff, nerve damage, and other problems. She Rx'd me medicate that was detrimental to one of my diseases. I have been put through much pain, mental anguish and anger because of her practice. What is the statue of limitations for bringing a lawsuit against her in California. Anybody know of an excellent malpractice attorney??? Any ideas???

has anyone had a rotor cuff surgery and 3 mths later had neck surgery?
tore rotor cuff surgery in oct of 06 had neck surgery in jan 06 dr. sent back to work in dec but stayed out of work to have neck done think to much at one time now it's feb. and getting inpatient in recovery.

Has anyone had the op for a torn rotor cuff,and did it work after.?
I have been told I need the op for a torn rotor cuff on my right shoulder
because I cant' lift my right arm with out help,and Im'wondering if it will work after it.I dont' want an op if it is not going to help.So there must be other people who have had the op,out there please let me know if you can thank you all.
